Some of the highlighted upgrades in the new kit:

- Xbox 360 Backplate (uniclamp) with Extreme cooling thermal pads replacing the previous foam pads. Some have measured GPU temp drops as much as 6°C (results may vary) after installing the backplate. Much lower thermal resistance vs the foam pads.

- The GPU foam shim was also slightly updated to add extra support on the side with the smaller die. Helps proper alignment of heatsink, and protects the die from being cracked under pressure.
