Shipping to the United States
The approximate shipping for each item to the continental USA can
be found at the top of each item page. Please note that this
shipping price is an estimate only provided for your convenience,
and the exact shipping charges will be calculated during the
checkout process. Actual shipping charges vary depending on the
final size, weight, and delivery address of the item(s)
purchased.
Remember that the estimated shipping is a rough guide only. The
final, actual shipping charge for your order is based on the total
weight of the products you purchase. So, if you are purchasing more
than one item, you do not just add up the total estimated shipping
charges for each item in your cart. For example: If your order
contains two items: one with an estimated shipping charge of $10,
and another with an estimated shipping charge of $4, the actual
shipping charges would most likely be approximately $10 or so, not
$14

Please note that estimated shipping charges found on each item's
page are for standard shipping to the continental U.S. only.
Shipping charges for delivery outside the U.S. are calculated at
checkout. Although we do ship to nearly every single country in our
world, we reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to be
high-risk or fraud.

* Delivery times are estimates, are not
guaranteed, and vary greatly depending on the country & region,
but average 14-21 days most of the year, and 17-35 days during the

shipped through the USPS for a number of reasons. These orders will
need to be shipped via FedEx International Priority/Express or they

Low Stock Items Low Stock Items:
* These items are in stock, but with extremely
limited quantity
* When inventory is running low, the product may
"oversell" if the in stock runs out in between our inventory

* Low stock items may not be restocked - meaning

Backordered Items Backordered Items:
* Items that are temporarily out of stock are
put in "Backordered," or "short-term out of stock" status
* Backordered items can be purchased either on
their own or with other items
* A backordered item will typically be restocked
within 5-10 days. Items that are not expected back in within two
weeks are removed from the site and are unable to be purchased

nothing else, then the item will ship as soon as it gets back in

well as other goods, the in-stock goods will ship as usual, and the
backordered item will ship separately

Insurance Insurance:
* Shipping insurance is optional, however if
your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we cannot
be held responsible unless insurance is included
* When insurance is selected, packages are
protected and insured through The UPIC Insurance Corporation up to
$5,000 USD per order
* If your order is lost, stolen, mis-delivered,
or damaged upon arrival, just email us and we will take care of the
rest. A replacement unit will be sent, and we take care of all the
paperwork. No hassle, no problem
* For your own protection, we highly recommend
including insurance with your order
Warranty:
* Most products we sell come with a standard
30-day warranty.
Gift Wrap Giftwrapping:
* Giftwrapping services are available for all
orders. (This includes international orders, though we cannot
guarantee that customs won't open your package)
* The order will be sent directly to recipient
you choose, professionally giftwrapped
* Packing slip will not show any prices or
shipping paid for any merchandise
* A personal note to recipient can be included
on the packing if you wish - Just enter your message in the
"Special Instructions" section when checking out

Return Policy

Returns to GameRepair.com
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include
any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. We
reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective
products. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item,
upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply
to defective video games systems, etc. after 30 days.
We do not accept returns of:
* Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from
the date on the packing slip.
* Any product(s) that has been opened.
* Any product(s) not in its original
condition.
* Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is
missing parts.
* Any product(s) that were sold as part of a
bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

To return or exchange an item to gamerepair.com, include the
packing list, identify the reason for the return and send it to the
address on the return shipping label.
Store:
Items may be returned by taking them to a Game Repair store
location in the United States. Items returned to a Game Repair
store location must be accompanied by the original packing list.
Store return policies may vary and are subject to manager
approval.
Handling costs are non-refundable. If the reason for your return is
due to our error, please contact us at the number below for a
handling credit.

Promotional Discounts and Returns: Should you return an order that
was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will
not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as
these discounts were deducted from the original purchase
